PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled and professional Office Administrator to support the Vice President of Systems and reporting directors at one of the world's leading aviation companies. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations for executive leadership and plays a pivotal role in coordinating travel, communication, and strategic scheduling.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Office Administrator, you will:

  • Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel for E3 and above executives

  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports , ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement and credit card payment processing

  • Create, edit, and manage written and electronic communications for executive-level staff

  • Organize and prioritize executive schedules , ensuring efficient use of time

  • Manage conference room bookings and coordinate logistics for internal and external executive events

  • Track and maintain department data, resources, and office supplies

  • Screen and route incoming and outgoing correspondence to appropriate stakeholders

  • Communicate effectively with multiple teams and departments

  • Support and mentor less experienced administrative staff

  • Work independently under minimal supervision

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Previous Office Administrator experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience coordinating executive-level travel and scheduling

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting senior-level executives (VP or higher)

  • Familiarity with corporate expense reporting systems

  • Prior experience in the aerospace, aviation, or defense industry

  • Self-starter mindset with a high degree of professionalism

Pay Details: $28.62 per hour
