Overview

TRIMEX MANAGEMENT LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk / Office Manager to join our administrative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, professional environment and is looking to grow within a dynamic company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk and administrative duties
  • Handle internal and external communications professionally
  • Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical
  • Support accounting with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of office administration experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
