Looking to TRADE UP to a better opportunity? Roberts Cooling, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated team. The Office Manager position is paid an annual salary of $50-60k.

Responsibilities

  • Financial & Administrative
    • Assist with payroll processing and employee time accuracy.
    • Manage check deposits, batch invoices, and oversee Accounts Receivable, including collections.
    • Oversee maintenance membership plans and financing programs.
    • Maintain and monitor the office budget.
  • Team Leadership & Training
    • Host staff meetings for training and improvement.
    • Train, coach, and hold CSRs and office staff accountable to company standards.
    • Counsel underperforming employees and support growth.
    • Interview, hire, and onboard new staff.
  • Operations & Coordination
    • Work closely with Service, Install, and General Managers on daily scheduling, job booking, and technician assignments.
    • Ensure accurate customer notes and communications are reported to management.
    • Oversee customer mailings, calls, and emails for accuracy and professionalism.
    • Attend training sessions and follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Customer & Office Management
    • Answer and direct customer calls/emails to appropriate staff.
    • Maintain professional communication and service standards.
    • Coordinate office vendors for cleaning, maintenance, and safety.
    • Ensure a productive and compliant office environment.
  • Reporting & Accountability
    • Monitor staff productivity and ensure deadlines are met.
    • Provide office progress reports to senior management.
    • Collaborate with leadership to improve office operations and procedures.
