Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls warmly and professionally.
- Greet visitors and Care Pros, ensuring everyone feels welcomed.
- Order and maintain office supplies each month.
- Help coordinate office schedules, trainings, and meetings.
- Update and maintain office display monitors.
- Send birthday cards, track milestones, and support recognition programs.
- Assist with planning and organizing office events.
What Success Looks Like
- Phones answered consistently and warmly within three rings.
- Supplies ordered on time, with no shortages.
- Office events and celebrations run smoothly.
- Care Pros and clients consistently feel supported and recognized.
- Teammates describe you as dependable, approachable, and detail-focused.
