We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Office Administrator to be both the face of our office and the go-to support behind the scenes. This role mixes front desk reception, office admin, staff support, and a dash of creativity (think social media, events, and newsletters).

At Brightview Care, we’re passionate about the work we do in ABA therapy, and we love a team that works hard while having fun. If you’re organized, outgoing, and ready to jump in wherever needed, you’ll fit right in!

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk

  • Greet visitors and provide a warm, professional first impression
  • Answer incoming calls and route them to the correct team member (Schedulers, BCBAs, Billing, HR, etc.)
  • Take and relay messages promptly
  • Check and respond to general office emails
  • Provide directions, paperwork, or basic information to visitors as needed

Office Operations

  • Maintain reception and office areas (clean, organized, fully stocked)
  • Order and track office supplies, therapy materials, and snacks
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail/packages

Staff Support & Communication

  • Send reminders, announcements, or updates from leadership to staff
  • Assist with preparing program and training materials
  • Track and post celebrations or internal events
  • Help coordinate staff morale activities (lunches, holiday parties, team events)

Marketing / Creative

  • Design and post social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Draft and send a monthly staff newsletter
  • Engage in Community outreach to enhance our local footprint
  • Create announcements and internal updates in engaging formats
  • Take photos for events, staff spotlights, and office highlights
  • Ensure consistent branding across all materials

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Friendly, professional, and highly organized
  • Able to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative with an eye for design and social media trends
  • Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable being the go-to person for both staff and visitors

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Canva
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
