Overview
We are a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering IT solutions to businesses across various industries. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and serve as a central point of contact between leadership, employees, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative & Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office activities to ensure smooth business operations
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory of office supplies and IT equipment
- Process and deposit incoming checks, maintain financial tracking logs, and coordinate with accounting as needed
- Coordinate procurement of IT hardware, software, and general office supplies
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and track orders for timely delivery
- Act as a liaison between internal technical teams, leadership, and vendors to resolve service or order issues
HR & Employee Support
- Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions
- Organize company events, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications
- Serve as a point of contact between employees and leadership for HR or operational concerns
Executive Support
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence
- Coordinate communications between departments to support operational alignment
- Assist with special projects and business initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role (experience in MSP or IT services strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Experience in procurement, vendor management, or basic accounting a plus
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
