As a Night FM, you lead a fleet of up to 45 drivers and support their ability to be productive, safe, and deliver flawless service to our customers. The work you do helps our drivers succeed, contributing to retaining the safest, most professional drivers in the industry.

The Schedule The Night Fleet Manager's schedule is Monday through Friday from 5pm–3am.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fleet of up to 45 drivers and support their productivity, safety, and on-time, accident-free service
• Develop business with drivers and the customer service team to build strong relationships based on trust
• Coach drivers and ensure productive freight, on-time deliveries, and work/life balance
• Communicate with a diverse audience and collaboratively problem-solve to meet goals

The Wage

You will earn a competitive salary and have the opportunity to earn two monthly bonuses. You are eligible for medical, dental, 401k, profit sharing, and paid time off. Tuition reimbursement may be available for advancing your education.
