Summary

RNDC is looking for talented and energetic Warehouse Associates to join our Night Shift operations. As a member of the operations team, you will help ensure orders are picked, packed, and delivered on time with accuracy. You will receive training and support to perform your duties effectively. Warehouse Night Associates are responsible for picking, packing and loading customer orders for next-day delivery, plus other warehouse duties such as replenishment, housekeeping, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload trailers, verify load accuracy, and stage items for put-away.
• Pick and pack orders using label picking, ring scanners, voice-directed picking, or paper pick tickets.
• Meet individual productivity and accuracy standards as identified through Labor Management metrics.
• Operate material handling equipment (MHE) including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachments, and/or clamper trucks as required.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) scan guns and tools to maintain proper inventory levels and locations.
• Assist in physical inventories and cycle counting as directed.
• Coordinate and interact with colleagues during shift hand-offs and with delivery/receiving personnel.

What you bring to RNDC

High school diploma or GED; preferably one year of warehouse experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must obtain certification and safely operate MHE (as listed above). Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
