Hotel Night Auditor Job at Hampton Inn Santa Cruz in Santa Cruz

We are seeking a part-time Hotel Night Auditorto become a part of the Hampton Inn team! Your responsibilities will include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. You will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.

We are looking for part-time positions for below shifts:

Mondayand Tuesdaynights from 11pm - 7am

Hotel is located at 1505 Ocean St, Santa Cruz, CA 95060

Responsibilities:

• Checks guests in and out of the hotel; processes customer payments according to established policies and procedures.
• Answers phone in a prompt, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Resolves minor guest concerns to the customer's satisfaction; informs supervisor of significant problems, complaints, disturbances or unhappy guests.
• Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
• Follows company policies and procedures.
