Shaw’s and Star Market is hiring: Night Crew Stocker in Hanover

Overview

A Night Stocker provides friendly, courteous, and helpful service. You keep the store looking filled and fresh by stocking and organizing merchandise on the shelves. You work with various approved tools throughout your shift (box cutters, compactors, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to help you get your job done. The Night Stocker helps create an attractive store appearance by ensuring it’s stocked, clean, and bright. There may be opportunities to expand experience as cashier or checker from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize merchandise on shelves to keep the store filled and presentable.
• Use approved tools (box cutters, compactors, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and effectively during shifts.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to create a positive shopping environment.
• Assist with cashier or checker duties when needed.

Qualifications / What You Bring

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are comfortable with fast-paced, active work on your feet.
• You take pride in your work and attention to detail.
• You are adaptable to different environments (freezer, refrigerator, sales floor).
