Night Warehouse Lead role at Reyes Beverage Group.

Base pay range

$23.50/hr - $23.50/hr

Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Lead performs the essential functions of a warehouse employee in addition to assisting the Shift Supervisor in training, safety, reporting, and conducting the daily shift meeting.
• Build and select orders accurately by following load tickets, ensure product quality, and deliver customer orders free of damage.
• Operate and maintain powered industrial equipment, including electronic pallet jacks and walkie-riders, with pre-shift equipment checks and adherence to safety policies.
• Manage inventory by receiving inbound products, replenishing stock, restocking, repacking, ensuring date code accuracy, and proper product rotation.
• Prepare and move orders by shrink-wrapping, labeling, and transporting completed orders to the loading dock or trailer.
• Serve as a role model and peer coach for new hires, facilitate their training, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• 0 to 1+ years of general work experience
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
