Overview

Night Lead Custodian at Eastern Carver County Schools, Family Learning Center. Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm. Location: Family Learning Center. This is a full-time, twelve (12) month position.

Responsibilities (Major Job Functions/Specific Tasks)

Coordinate service for all user groups, manage cleaning tasks, operate various cleaning equipment, and care for and maintain assigned buildings and related facilities. This includes overseeing cleaning operations and ensuring building and fire code compliance, safety, and environmental regulations are met. See attachment for detailed tasks.

Minimum Qualifications / Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• State of Minnesota Boilers Licenses (class dependent on size of equipment in building) – within two years of placement
• MN Register Unlicensed Electrician – within one year of placement
• Pool Operator License if assigned building has a pool – within one year of placement
• Certified Building Operator Certificate preferred
• OSHA Standard, Right to Know, Blood Borne Pathogens (provided upon hire)

Compensation & Benefits

This position is posted as a full-time (40 hrs/week), twelve (12) month position. Additional compensation for each level of boilers license and other applicable licenses when obtained. Eligible for benefits as negotiated with Union Local 70 and District 112 plus enrollment in Minnesota’s retirement pension. This position is eligible for overtime and comp time.
