As Houseperson, you will be a crucial member of our amazing TEAM, providing extraordinary customer satisfaction to our guests regarding cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel. Your infectious enthusiasm, genuine smile, attentive service, and passion for cleanliness will shine and set the tone for an unforgettable guest experience. This position will be night hours.
Responsibilities
- Fundamental duties include maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms and public areas to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols during nightly operations.

Requirements
- Prior work experience in a hotel environment or similar role is ideal, but we are willing to train the right person. We are dedicated to training and developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment.
- Brand experience is beneficial
- Must be able to work a flexible evening schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to read, write and speak fluently
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
Compensation: $20 hourly
