Work Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 5:30 pm until completion.

8-12 hour shifts.

Starting at $21.63 per hour!

Eligible for performance pay incentives after completing 2-week training.

Top performing selectors can earn up to $100,000 annually.

Main Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build and wrap pallets to meet weekly productivity and accuracy standards.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate electric pallet jacks safely.
• Move products from racks to pallets using order selecting software and equipment.
• Verify correct products are selected and damage-free.
• Deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink wrap palletized orders.
• Assist in clearing aisles of debris, stacking empty pallets, and returning pallet jacks to the charging area.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working in environments ranging from -5°F to over 100°F.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly; moving over 1,000 cases per shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend training, hold conversations, receive coaching, read labels, and report information.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday through Thursday, with occasional weekends and holidays.
• Recent experience (within past 6 months) in physically demanding roles preferred.
• Experience in large-scale order selecting in a warehouse/distribution center preferred.
• Experience operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment preferred.

Our Total Rewards package is designed to respect and reward our employees. Compensation varies based on experience, education, skills, location, and other factors. The base pay for this role ranges from $21.63 to $28.00 per hour. Overtime, retention bonuses, and incentive pay based on productivity and quality are also available.
