Toll Brothers, America’s leading luxury home builder, seeks an Online Sales Assistant to assist with online sales for our operations in our division located in Reston, Virginia.
What is the opportunity?
Online Sales Assistants serve an important role on the Toll Brothers sales team as they work together with Online Sales Consultants to achieve all online sales team goals offering companywide support. As a skilled multitasker and team player, this role assists understaffed teams and aids in achieving department goals. This includes delivering luxury experiences to our online customers. This position needs to have attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure the online sales teams’ functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity and support overall sales success.
What are the primary responsibilities?
- Sales Support - 60%
- Provide online sales coverage asneededto teams experiencing extreme volume, coverage issues due to staffing shortages, National Sales Events and other customer generating events while understanding the more critical thinking involved with online sales
- Deliver an exceptional experienceto customers who contact us through the web form submission
- Support,as needed,new community openings to assist with general customer email responses, inputting survey results and financial questionnaire application data.
- Updatecustomer information inSalesforce
- Assist online sales teams on daily tasks including reminders to customers for upcoming visits as well as after-visit follow up to ensure the community was a fit or provide another option
- DrivesResults /Generates Traffic - 20%
- Assist online sales teams by conducting regular prospectingthrucampaignsandothertraffic generatingand appointment settingactivities
- Createfollow-upon a personal level and assign to online sales teams based on customerratingand interest
- Proactively help managedigitallibrarywith information to provide customersonproducts, features, neighborhoods, and amenities
- Monitor communitywebsites to maintainaccuracy
- Update and maintain a FAQ for all communities assigned as a quick resource
- Administrative Support - 10%
- Provide administrative support for the online sales team
- Demonstrate mastery levelskillsand teach otherscore applications such as Salesforce,Microsoft Office applications, E1, etc. to complete business needs and update our customerinformation
- Track and update online sales team reports, Fix-it-Six dashboards, Future Community report and OSC Weekly Sales Report
- Professional Development - 10%
- Assist with onboarding new online sales consultants asneeded
- Assist online sales team with special projects asnecessary

Qualifications

- Collaboration: ability to be a team player and work with internal partners (Online/Onsite Sales) to service the customer
- Communication: when speaking and writing, uses appropriate grammar, organizes ideas clearly, and articulates ideas concisely with ease
- Organizational Skills: technically savvy with organizational skills with a strong focus on attention to detail
Do you have these qualifications?
- Essential:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of sales, customer service, e-commerce or administrative experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Maintains a full-time, 5-day work week; where needed weekend availability
- Excellent planning, organization, communication, and administrative skills
- Thrives in a fast paced and busy work environment
- Self-starter, motived to learn through mentorship
- Preferred:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree
- New home construction knowledge
- Salesforce or CRM knowledge
