Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Create online order forms in REDCap (online order platform) and review and respond to incoming orders.
  • Order Fulfillment: Monitor inventory levels and accurately pick orders and ring sales in Counterpoint (point of sale register system).
  • Shipping & Logistics: Prepare shipments, label packages and project spreadsheets; coordinate with Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to meet delivery timelines.
  • Data Management: Update order statuses in online order platform (REDCap).
  • Customer Service: Manage Gift Shop email inbox and respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, resolve issues, and handle returns or exchanges.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Assist with Gift Shop functions as needed, including ringing sales and stocking merchandise.

Qualifications

  • Associate\'s Degree and 3-5 years experience or HS Diploma or Equivalent and 5-7 years experience
  • Preferred project management and retail experience

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $19.23/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
