Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Base pay and additional compensation

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may apply in specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or work performed) with amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
