Responsibilities

• Fill and dispense online orders, locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pickup.
• Make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Pay and compensation

• Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $28.00/hr
• Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour
• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may apply from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
