Base pay and additional compensation

• Base pay range: $21.00/hr - $34.00/hr
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Premiums may range from $0.35/hr to $3.00/hr and may apply if criteria are met.
• The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Job Overview

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
