Overview

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. They regularly assist and interact with customers in a helpful and safe manner; work together with fellow associates without discriminating, bullying, or engaging in physical altercations; and act with integrity in and around, and with the safe handling of, valuable merchandise, cash, and the sensitive financial or personal information of customers.

Responsibilities

• Fill and dispense online orders; locate, prepare, and package merchandise; ensure order accuracy prior to pickup.
• Make appropriate product substitutions as needed and consult with the customer to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist and interact with customers in a helpful and safe manner; work collaboratively with fellow associates and maintain respectful conduct.
• Handle merchandise, cash, and customer information with integrity and in accordance with safety and security standards.

Base pay and benefits

• Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $31.00/hr
• Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour where applicable.
