The Red Gate Group is seeking an IT Project Manager (Senior) to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in Washington, DC. This position supports CIO-6, which manages and operates JWICS. The role will contribute to the JWICS Modernization initiative by providing senior-level program and project management engineering and technical support, ensuring successful execution of IT projects across multiple functional areas. Responsibilities: Accountable for all project management artifacts, for a select number of projects, including but not limited to project plans, scoping documents, weekly status updates and the weekly team meeting agenda
Lead all relevant program & project team meetings in coordination with stakeholders
Drive process improvements and technology solutions that enhance team productivity and effectiveness
Review possible improvement actions to enhance team performance, and ensure quality and consistency of team execution against targeted project initiatives
Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and resistance and recommend solutions
Oversee the development and execution of projects from original concept through implementation and final conclusion
Prepare and refine detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports Qualifications Active TS/SCI (CI Poly preferred)
Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks
Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings
Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight
Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from accredited institution OR Bachelor's degree + an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 13 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree
