Required to Nursery & Postpartum as needed Requirements:
TN RN License BLS & ACLS
(ARC or AHA only accepted) NRP & Fetal Monitoring:
Preferred; must obtain within 6 months if not current Minimum Experience:
2 years in L&D/OB care EMR:
Cerner Scope of Role: The Travel L&D RN holds shift accountability for providing care during antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases of Obstetrical care. Responsibilities include utilizing the Nursing Process, demonstrating critical thinking and scientific judgment, anticipating patient needs, delegating care to staff appropriately, supervising personnel, and ensuring safe, high-quality patient care.
