Behavioral Health RN - Rotating Shift We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract position. In this role, you will be responsible for the management and implementation of clinical activities in assigned units, ensuring adherence to the nursing department's philosophy and goals. You will supervise care delivery, manage staff scheduling, and oversee the orientation and educational needs of team members. Manage clinical and administrative activities in the assigned unit(s). Implement the philosophy, goals, and standards of the Department of Nursing. Formulate and monitor budgets related to capital, personnel, and operations. Direct staffing and scheduling of nursing personnel. Supervise employees in delivering high-quality patient care. Maintain effective working relationships with other healthcare disciplines. Promote positive public relations as a representative of the Nursing Department. Inpatient Geriatric and Adult Psych experience is essential. De-escalation training/certification required; attendance at SAFE Training Course available on-site if needed.
