Overview HarbourVest is seeking a VP, Product Manager – Institutional CRM to optimize the use of Salesforce to support the institutional business. This includes articulating the vision, business capabilities, and driving the right process model and CRM solutions that optimize user workflows, enhance the client experience, and improve operational efficiency. This role will be accountable for incorporating the feedback and needs of stakeholders across the business. This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office. Responsibilities
Build and provide business product management and ownership for Salesforce technology and capability roadmap to support institutional investor business Partner with Head of Global IR, IT, and other leaders to align on product vision and strategy, priorities, capabilities, and direction for the Salesforce Platform while focusing on daily execution Effectively communicate and socialize product updates to Business and IT partners Drive business value creation to inform product and technology roadmap prioritization Build and lead the product backlog, ensuring developmental efforts align with business needs and technical feasibility Support and influence user adoption and understanding through training and demos And other responsibilities as required What you bring
Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator desired Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills with experience influencing leadership Strong analytical and decision-making skills Experience with agile methodology Proven track record of understanding sophisticated process and technical requirements and ability to translate into a capability roadmap Expertise with Salesforce and client data models and data sets Education Preferred
Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred Experience
