Job Details Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger activities Lead and mentor the finance team through regular 1:1s, team meetings, and ongoing support Build and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards, including tax filings and audits Maintain strong relationships with external financial partners, including auditors and tax advisors Analyze financial performance to uncover trends and drive strategic improvements Establish and refine financial policies and procedures for operational efficiency Participate in quarterly leadership offsites, with occasional additional travel as needed
