General Superintendent
to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leadership role on
large-scale heavy civil projects , with a focus on
earthworks, paving, and grading . As a General Superintendent, you’ll be the driving force in the field — leading crews, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Overseeing all field operations on major earthwork, paving, and grading projects
Leading and mentoring project teams, foremen, and field staff
Managing schedules, resources, and subcontractors to keep projects on track
Ensuring safety and quality are upheld across all phases of work
Serving as the key liaison between the field, project management, and executive leadership
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Superintendent or General Superintendent in
heavy civil construction
Strong background in
earthworks, paving, and grading
projects
Ability to manage multiple crews and large-scale field operations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Commitment to safety and quality excellence
