We collaborate with Engineering, Experience Design, Analytics, third-party systems and service providers, and business leaders across the company to bring these solutions to life. We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager for Supply Chain and Retail Technology to lead the build-out of our Fulfillment Lifecycle State and Orchestration system. This tech provides instructions needed for various supply chain tech systems to fulfill orders and tracks the fulfillment journey to take actions based on different scenarios. You will have the opportunity to work in a greenfield space and hands-on to build something foundational and large-scale within Wayfair's supply chain ecosystem. You’ll act as a connective tissue between engineering, business stakeholders, operations, and external partners to deliver scalable and resilient solutions that power key business functions. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, can manage complex technical ecosystems, and is passionate about building something foundational and large-scale that powers Wayfair’s supply chain. What You’ll Do: Build out the Fulfillment Lifecycle State and Orchestration systems by supporting new use cases and expanding the system’s role within Wayfair’s supply chain. Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives as the product lead for major, time-sensitive programs such as 3P WMS integration and Multichannel capabilities that deliver value for the business and customers. Define future use cases from learnings of existing capabilities, via product discovery and stakeholder feedback for mid- to long-term buildout. Lead discovery efforts to translate stakeholder needs into clear business and technical requirements. Collaborate independently with Operations, Commercial stakeholders, supply chain, storefront, and supplier-facing technology teams to drive improvements in speed, cost, and customer experience metrics. What You'll Need: 7+ years of product management experience, ideally focusing on enterprise platforms or integrations. Strong track record of product discovery, defining the right problems to solve, and delivering outcomes that unlock business value. Ability to discuss system workflows, technical design, and architecture decisions with engineers. Experience managing complex projects with multiple cross-functional teams. Skilled at managing stakeholders, including senior leadership, and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
