Job Details

Job Duties: Train and mentor new paralegals on litigation defense tasks. Prepare summaries of deposition transcripts and assemble chronologies of key documents. Review, analyze, and prepare exhibits and trial materials, including medical records. Conduct investigative research on opposing parties and expert witnesses. Draft subpoenas, notices of deposition, and pattern discovery requests. Manage case files, document productions, and quality control of work product. Retrieve and review information from court-related databases and public sources. Ensure accurate and thorough document management across multiple cases.

Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate or relevant coursework is a plus. Minimum 3 years of experience in complex litigation defense. Experience training, mentoring, or supervising other paralegals. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
