Role Description We’re seeking a Technical Co-Founder & CTO to join our founding team. This is a full-time, hands-on role where you’ll own Bookle’s technical strategy and execution — from refining our MVP and managing infrastructure to shaping the long-term product roadmap. Beyond building, we’re looking for a partner who can bring business acumen, help us navigate the startup landscape, and play a critical role in fundraising, growth, and scaling. Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of
software development and architecture
(React/Next.js, Node.js, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel/AWS). Oversee
product development, IT strategy, and project management . Ensure scalability, security, and compliance for escrowed payments and donation flows. Collaborate with the founding team on product vision, integrations, and GTM strategy. Build and mentor a lean technical team as the company grows. Represent the technical vision in
investor meetings, pitches, and strategic partnerships . Qualifications
Strong background in
full-stack SaaS development . Strong UX/UI Capabilities to help shape the vision Experience leading technical teams or building products from scratch. Familiarity with
payment platforms (Stripe Connect, PayPal)
and API integrations. Solid
business acumen
with the ability to weigh technical trade-offs against business needs. Prior
startup experience
(early-stage or founding team) highly preferred. Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments. Compensation
