Travel High Acuity Float Pool RN – Region I (WA) Primary Site: Virginia Mason Medical Center (Seattle, WA) Float To: St. Anne Hospital (Burien, WA), St. Francis Hospital (Federal Way, WA) Bonus: +$20/hr when floated outside primary site Start Dates: 11/4 or 11/18 (must align with GHO) Units Covered: ICU, PCU, Telemetry, Med-Surg, Surgical (Ortho, Neuro, Thoracic, Oncology, Short Stay) Ratios: ICU 1:1–2 (may be 1:3 if lower acuity/transfer) Certs: BLS, ACLS (device trained preferred) Skills: 2+ yrs ICU exp, high acuity, drip titration (Epi, Norepi, Propofol, Dobutamine, etc.), vents, BiPAP/CPAP, tele strip reading Support: Free charge nurse, NA support (1–2 per census), monitor techs Scheduling: Self-scheduling, 3 weekend shifts/schedule, holidays required Dress Code: Royal Blue Orientation: 2 ICU shifts + GHO + Cerner validation About Malone Healthcare - Nursing
