Position Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Executive Chef, Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, and/or Director of Food and Beverage Operations, the position oversees food, pastry, and Food & Beverage back-of-house operations by planning, organizing, and managing all kitchen operations and production for all food locations. Responsibilities include developing menus, food purchase specifications, and recipes. The role directly supervises all production and pastry staff, maintains the highest professional food quality, and ensures confidentiality of all privileged information.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
• Five (5) years of supervisory experience in kitchen and food operations
• ACF Certification, Serve Safe Certification, and gaming experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Must meet all knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the role
• No felony, theft, or stealing convictions
• Ability to successfully pass a reemployment drug/alcohol screening, background investigation, obtain, and maintain a gaming license
• Navajo preference applies
