Active RN license (FL or Compact)
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS (AHA/ARC only)
AHCA required for all FL placements
Job Summary: The ICU RN is responsible for providing direct and specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with the Nursing Process, hospital policies, and regulatory standards. The RN demonstrates critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering safe patient care, while maintaining clinical competencies and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.
