Manage a Corporate Accounting team responsible for Taxes, Tax Reporting, and adjustments to the Corporate books.

The team is responsible for preparing corporate tax adjustments and aligning corporate books with tax returns.

Update trial balances and support the quarterly financial statement close process.

Assist tax auditors by providing tax-related information in spreadsheets.

Perform gain/loss calculations related to the sale of businesses, analyze data in Excel, and perform valuation allowances quarterly. Analyze the financials of different businesses.
