About the Clinician's Workday This inpatient-only role, with no call, accepts candidates certified by ABPS, ABFM, or ABIM and holding ACLS, ATLS, and PALS credentials. The position involves an average of 100 patient visits per day (about 1.8 per hour) and an inpatient census of around 20. Duties include ICU/critical care responsibilities, responding to codes, and performing standard emergency medicine procedures, while after-hours admissions are handled by the hospitalist team.
