About The Position We are seeking an experienced OB/GYN for a 10-day locum tenens assignment in North Carolina. This opportunity begins on Nov 14, 2025, and features 24-hour out-of-house call coverage with 8a-8a shifts. The assignment involves inpatient care with both vaginal and cesarean deliveries, making this an excellent opportunity for a board-certified OB/GYN specialist comfortable with a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Epic EMR is also ideal. Job Details Location: North Carolina Start Date: Nov 14, 2025 LOA : 10 days Provider Type Needed : OB/GYN Schedule: 24 hour out of house call coverage shifts (8a-8a) Responsibilities and Duties Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, including management of vaginal and cesarean deliveries Participate in 24-hour out-of-house call coverage as scheduled Respond to emergent and routine patient care needs within the inpatient setting Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and patient management Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure continuity of care Additional Information Must have an active North Carolina medical license Required board certification: Obstetrics and Gynecology Required certifications: Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO), Association of Womens Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Experience in inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care is essential Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
