We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in North Carolina, starting Oct 20, 2025. This opportunity features a flexible clinic schedule Monday through Thursday, with clinic hours from 8am to 5pm and call coverage from 5pm to 8am. The provider will join a team supported by a hospitalist for rounds and may occasionally manage the census while on the unit. Job Details Location: North Carolina Start Date: Oct 20, 2025 LOA: 60 days Provider Type Needed: Obstetrician/Gynecologist Schedule: Monday-Thursday clinic 8am-5pm; call 5pm-8am; flexible clinic scheduling available Responsibilities and Duties Manage an average of 27 deliveries per month, including approximately 11 C-section deliveries Perform C-section and vaginal deliveries, suction D&C, hysteroscopy D&C, and diagnostic laparoscopy Refer all high-risk cases to appropriate facilities Collaborate with hospitalist staff for inpatient rounds and census management as needed Utilize Meditech EHR for documentation and patient management Additional Information Must have or be eligible for North Carolina licensure Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics/Gynecology No robotics experience required High-risk experience not required Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
