As a Bike Courier, you are the main face our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery! You deliver the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.

WHAT WILL I DO AS A DELIVERY COURIER?

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before leaving the store
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to our customers in a timely and safe manner
• Provide excellent customer service through positive interactions, in person and by phone
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to update order status accurately

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
• Own a working bike
• Have a smartphone with data plan
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years old
