Overview

As a Bike Courier, you are the first point of contact with our customers and the main face of Insomnia Cookies outside of the bakery. You deliver the Cookie Magic to fans wherever they are, bringing our products safely and on time.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions in person or by phone
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app according to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
• Must have your own non-motorized bicycle in working order (electronic bikes are not permitted)
• Must have a smartphone with data plan
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
