Overview

Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing, late-night, sweet indulgence companies in the country. We are actively interviewing for a Bike Delivery Courier at our Rice University store located at 2520 Rice Boulevard, Houston, TX 77005. As a Bike Courier, you are our “Boots on the ground!” and the main face that our customers see outside of the bakery. You will deliver the Cookie Magic to fans wherever they are.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers in-person or by phone
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app according to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
• Must have your own non-motorized bicycle in working order (electronic bikes are not permitted)
• Must have a smartphone with data plan
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
