Advance Testing Company, Inc. is currently seeking a Part-time Courier for projects in the Northeastern United States.

Advance Testing Company, Inc. is a New York-based construction materials testing and inspection firm that performs testing and inspection of construction materials such as soils, aggregates, concrete, masonry and asphalt. Typical assignments include projects related to construction of roads, bridges, airports, tunnels, commercial and industrial buildings, schools, government and military sites, and material fabrication and production facilities.

Responsibilities

• Picking up and delivering material to and from construction sites and laboratory locations
• Logging in material and maintaining a chain of custody
• Other related duties may be assigned

Qualifications

• Requires a valid, clean driver's license
• Personal vehicle
• Applicants may be required to obtain any security clearances and background confirmation for sensitive projects and locations
• Ability to walk around jobsites, locate samples, and carry materials back to vehicle for transport

Compensation and Benefits

• Overtime offered at time and a half
• Mileage reimbursement
• Paid sick days

Salary Range $18-20 per hour

Requirements

All positions may require lifting and/or physical activities, including lifting of up to 75 lbs., walking/working on uneven surfaces, and driving to and from job sites. The majority of our work is conducted outdoors, in all weather conditions. Work hours vary, but include day, night and weekend shifts.
