Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, and treat each senior with respect and dignity.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming) and support with light housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, dishes).
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Based on state regulations, training/certification may be required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (as applicable).
- Ability to complete required training/certification per state regulations.
- Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.

Base pay is commensurate with experience. Role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates may participate in the 401(k) program but are not benefits eligible.
