We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Florham Park, NJ. This role will provide strategic and hands-on HR support for our corporate functions, driving initiatives that foster a high-performance, and people-centric culture. Position Summary: As a Human Resources Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert guidance across key HR functions including employee relations and engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, and learning & development. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including performance issues, complaints, grievances, and internal investigations.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop effective recruitment strategies and actively support end-to-end hiring processes for current and future openings.
- Collaborate with business leaders on compensation, compliance, succession planning, talent development, retention strategies, and general HR matters, leveraging support from HR Centers of Excellence (COEs).
- Analyze and report on HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, diversity, performance trends, and other key data to inform decision-making.
- Lead or support special HR projects and initiatives, including change management and process improvement efforts.
- Stay current with federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Champion a culture of positive employee relations by fostering trust, transparency, and employee engagement throughout the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in a Human Resources Generalist or Manager role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) is a strong plus.
