IPCU – Adaptive Acuity Unit (includes PCU-level care, 3:1 ratio)

1:5–7

Requirements:

2+ years recent Med Surg/Tele experience

Strong PCU and drip experience required

ICU experience strongly preferred

Must be willing to float to other inpatient units

Certifications:

BLS (AHA)

ACLS strongly preferred
