Overview
Luxury Brand Partners is seeking a dedicated Amazon Business Analyst & Channel Manager to oversee our Amazon Vendor Central business with a focus on agency oversight, product launches, SEO best practices, and data‑driven performance analysis. You will act as the internal lead and subject matter expert on all things Amazon, ensuring that our advertising agency is aligned and driving growth through strategy, content optimization, and business analysis. The role includes forecasting sales, reviewing monthly goals and high‑level strategies, and collaborating with Marketing, DTC, and Supply Chain. The position reports to the VP, E‑commerce.
REMOTE: This role is exempt from FLSA overtime, remote, and open to candidates based in FL/NY. The work is conducted in EST hours, so East Coast candidates are preferred. A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace are required.
What You’ll Do
- Amazon Vendor Central Oversight — serve as the primary internal owner of strategy and execution.
- Coordinate with Amazon Account Managers (if applicable) and troubleshoot operational issues (chargebacks, shortages, purchase order discrepancies).
- Partner with our Amazon advertising agency to align on strategy, targeting, budget pacing, and performance goals.
- Monitor agency execution and provide data‑backed insights to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Oversee content health, catalog accuracy, and Vendor Central compliance.
- Performance Monitoring & Business Analysis — analyze weekly/monthly reports for trends in sales, traffic, conversions, Buy Box share, and advertising effectiveness (ACoS, TACoS, ROAS).
- Prepare and present performance recaps with key insights, risks, opportunities, and wins.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations to support demand planning and inventory optimization.
- Track product‑level performance to identify underperforming ASINs and recommend corrective actions.
- Product Launch & Content Optimization — lead cross‑functional launch readiness, ensuring copy, imagery, A+ content, backend keywords, and pricing are optimized before go‑live; maintain and optimize PDPs with internal or external partners; conduct SEO audits and implement recommendations; maintain brand presence and integrity on Amazon.
- Travel flexibility: ability to travel overnight approximately 25% of the time.
Non‑Essential Job Functions
- Assist with special projects or initiatives to support departmental goals.
- Provide backup coverage for team members during absences or peak workloads.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned; support cross‑departmental efforts when required.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience managing an Amazon Vendor Central account, ideally in beauty, wellness, or CPG.
- Experience working with and managing Amazon‑focused agencies and third‑party partners.
- Strong understanding of Amazon metrics, retail media strategy, and content optimization.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with the ability to interpret large data sets and build performance dashboards.
- Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Profitero, Edge by Ascential, or similar platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an eye for detail.
- BI tool experience (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Team Leadership & Oversight
This position has no supervisory responsibilities at the moment.
