We are recruiting a Learning Specialist to spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive training solutions for Amazon Shipping Sales and Program for entire Org, based out of Delhi Corporate Location. The ideal candidate will create and deliver engaging learning experiences, focusing on both technical and leadership skills development. Key responsibilities include designing Springboard mechanism learning plans, leading sales organization Learning & Development initiatives, and developing scale-up/LBD programs for new hires across the organization. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellence through strategic training programs.
Key job responsibilities
- Strategic Learning Architecture: Architect and implement comprehensive learning solutions aligned with Amazon Shipping's strategic objectives and operational requirements. Drive innovation in learning program design while ensuring scalability across multiple teams. Establish clear learning pathways that support career progression and operational excellence.
- Content Development Excellence: Develop high-impact, multimedia learning content leveraging instructional design principles. Create immersive learning experiences through diverse delivery methods including advanced e-learning modules, interactive remote classrooms, hands-on instructor-led sessions, and hybrid learning approaches. Ensure content relevance through regular market and industry trend analysis.
- Stakeholder Partnership & Consultation: Collaborate strategically with senior operations leaders to identify performance gaps. Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments and learning impact analyses. Build strong partnerships across departments to align learning initiatives with business goals.
- Performance Analytics & Measurement: Implement robust evaluation frameworks to measure learning effectiveness. Leverage data analytics to track ROI and learning impact metrics. Provide detailed reporting on training outcomes and program success indicators.
- Quality Assurance & Content Management: Establish and maintain a systematic approach to content review and updates. Ensure compliance with industry standards and Amazon's quality benchmarks. Implement version control and documentation best practices.
- Training Excellence & Capability Building: Mentor and develop operations training teams to deliver consistent, high-quality learning experiences. Provide advanced facilitation techniques and coaching support. Build trainer capability through regular skill enhancement programs.
- Methodological Integration & Localization: Implement Amazon's global training standards while ensuring local market relevance. Adapt learning methodologies to meet regional requirements and cultural nuances. Drive continuous improvement in training delivery methods and approaches.
- Innovation & Digital Transformation: Lead the adoption of emerging learning technologies and methodologies. Drive digital transformation initiatives in learning delivery. Identify and implement innovative solutions for enhanced learning experiences.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- Experience (5+ yrs) in corporate learning and development
- Proven track record in designing adult learning programs
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry and experience in L&D for a sales organisation
- Knowledge of instructional design tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
