We're seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional projects, implement process automation, develop data infrastructure, and drive operational improvements. You'll manage complex initiatives from ideation to execution, partnering with various teams and stakeholders. The role requires strong project management skills, data analytics expertise, and the ability to maintain governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects and driving data-driven solutions in a complex organizational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution, managing timelines and dependencies across teams
  • Design and implement process automation initiatives, partnering with Tech teams and external vendors
  • Develop data infrastructure and reporting frameworks to enable deep customer analysis and insights generation
  • Own and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies across various Payment Products

Basic Qualifications

  • Solid program or project management experience
  • Working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • Defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Advanced English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • Driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
