Role: Head of Amazon Seller Account Management (Director)

Own, scale, and professionalize our EU Amazon Seller portfolio end-to-end. You will lead account strategy and execution, coach a high-bar operator bench, and extend our proven Amazon playbooks to the US market. Lead and develop the team and processes.

What you’ll do

  • P&L ownership for a mid eight-figure EU Amazon business (Seller model only).
  • Set the strategy and operating cadence across content/SEO, pricing & promo, retail readiness, reviews/ratings, and brand stores.
  • Architect paid media: Sponsored Products/Brands/Display and Amazon DSP (testing roadmap, incrementality, creative iteration).
  • Drive forecasting, inventory, and S&OP with supply & logistics; keep in-stock >95% and cashflow healthy.
  • Build and lead a strong Account Management function (clear playbooks, dashboards, goals, SOPs and feedback loops).
  • Establish quarterly planning (QBRs), risk maps (OOS, CPC inflation, seasonality), and automation with the tool stack.
  • Partner with Creative, Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance to ship fast and learn faster; report directly to the founders.

What you bring

  • 3–7+ years owning large Amazon accounts (brand side, leading agency, or ex-Amazon—Vendor/Brand/Category/Strategic Account).
  • Deep Seller Central know-how, expert in PPC and comfortable with Amazon logistics.
  • Strong commercial mindset: contribution profit, TACOS, cash conversion, and pricing science.
  • Proven forecasting & inventory planning, EU promo/Deals calendar, and launch/scale mechanics.
  • Hands-on with tools like Helium10/Datadive/Sellerboard/ScaleInsights and or similar sources.
  • Excellent English; German is a huge bonus. EU time zones (CET ±2) preferred.
  • Process enthusiast and leadership experience.
