Finance Manager FP&A and Automation, Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS)

ASCS is the umbrella name for Amazon’s suite of services that help businesses transport, warehouse, fulfill, deliver, and plan their movement of goods, inclusive of both on- and off-Amazon volume. The role consolidates financials for the eight ASCS services, partners with service finance teams and business leaders to build a single financial narrative, and drives standardization and automation across ASCS P&Ls.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate ASCS financials and perform reporting including quarterly guidance, monthly and quarterly business reviews, Steam and BOD.
• Deliver ASCS standardization and automation at the VP level.
• Develop and deliver the automation roadmap for MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) and BWP (Buy with Prime / BwP) – Externalized Fulfillment.
• Drive revenue, cost, and controls improvement initiatives across ASCS businesses.
• Act as the main MCF/BwP Finance point of contact to the Data Analytics team and define the data and reports required by Finance.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science) and 5+ years of finance experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of finance experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes
• MBA, or CPA
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
