N C Machinery Co. is hiring: Warehouse in Seattle

About the Position

The warehouse position serves as an interface with our valuable customers. The primary responsibilities of this role require friendly, helpful and expeditious customer service to our VIP customers.

Key Responsibilities

• In this position, you will primarily be completing hydraulic hose assembly.
• The warehouse position serves as an interface with our valuable customers.
• The primary responsibilities of this role require friendly, helpful and expeditious customer service to our VIP customers.
• Safely ship and receive parts orders, ensuring accuracy to meet customer expectations.
• Communicate with customers to advise back order status updates.
• Collaborate with parts counter staff to expedite parts orders for customers.

Qualifications

• Shift: Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm PST
• A valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; daily use of a forklift may be required.
• Understanding fractions of an inch and millimeters on a tape measure is important.
• Physical requirements: standing, walking and picking parts for an 8-hour day.
• High school diploma plus prior customer service experience.
