Overview

We are a Comfort Dental Office located in Pueblo, Colorado seeking a full-time Dental Assistant. We are a well-established dental office looking for a highly motivated, self-starter and caring employee to join our team. We are currently looking for both chairside assistants and EDDA (Extended Duty Dental Assistant).

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside during patient treatment.
• Ensure all OSHA, Dental Board, and company policies and procedures are properly followed.
• Maintain an inventory of dental instruments, equipment and supplies in the operatory.
• Perform all duties of sterilization.
• Build good rapport with patients and staff.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task efficiently.
• Have good communication skills and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Be efficient and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Be computer literate with strong attention to detail.
• Take digital X-rays.
• Knowledge of Dentrix software; previous experience necessary.
